Return and Refund Policy
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with the product, you can apply for a return and refund according to the following policy.
Return Conditions
The product must be in original condition, unused, and with all original packaging and tags.
Returns must be requested within 15 days of receipt of the product.
Returns are not accepted in the following cases:
Customized products or special promotional products cannot be returned.
Products that have been obviously used or damaged (not quality issues).
Products that are missing original packaging or accessories.
Return Process
Contact customer service to submit a return application and provide the order number and relevant product information.
After customer service reviews and approves, the return address and related instructions will be provided.
After the return product is sent back, we will process and confirm it within 2 business days.
Refund Method
The refund will be returned to your payment account within 5-18 business days after confirming receipt of the returned product. Due to the processing time of the bank or payment platform, the actual arrival time may vary.
Return Shipping
For returns due to quality issues or wrong products, we will bear the return shipping costs.
For returns not due to quality issues, the shipping costs will be borne by the buyer.
Special Circumstances
