Shipping time

We will process and ship within 1-3 working days after the order is confirmed. International shipping

Lost or damaged package

If your package is lost or damaged during transportation, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will investigate as soon as possible after receiving your request and provide a solution within 7 working days.

Wrong address or undeliverable

Please make sure you fill in the correct and complete delivery address when placing an order, including house number, postal code and contact number. If the package cannot be delivered, returned or delayed due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the buyer shall bear the cost of re-shipping. If you need to change the address, please contact customer service as soon as possible before the order is shipped. Once the order is shipped, the address cannot be changed.
